This simple and compact 3 bedroom house plan is suitable for a small and young family.
The design can be built on a half plot measuring 70 x 50ft.
A tour through the layout is as follows:
At the entrance a medium sized terrace or porch which ushers you into
a an entrance hall. To the right of the entrance hall is a small study
or library which is good for people who tend to work or study deep into
the night.
The location of the study being close to the entrance also
makes it easy to do business with clients without taking them deep into
the building. A visitor’s toilette is also near which can be easily
accessed from and the living area as well as the study.
To the left is a living area with a double door. From the living
area, one can access the ding area which is linked to the kitchen. The
kitchen is also equipped with a small laundry.
To the end of the design are three bedrooms. One being a Master
bedroom self-contained and the other two having a shared w/c and shower.
The total floor area of this building plan is 144sq. ft. Avery compact house design which makes it easy and cheap to build.
